  • What are your business hours?

    9am - 5pm Weekdays. But feel free to contact us whenever you need assistance. 

  • What are your Minimum Order Quantities?

    Our Minimum Order Quantity for Australian Made custom printed cups is 500 units 

  • What Lids are available?

    We can also provide Disposable/Recyclable PE lids and Biodegradable PLA lids for all-size cups. Black and White lids are available for sale too. 


    Lids have a Minimum Order Quantity of 1 CTN (1000 units).

  • Can I print Full Colour?

    Our cups are printed using full-colour offset and digital print.

  • Do you offer packaging?

    We do! Simply email us at: info@biosupply.com.au with your enquiry 

  • What are your Biodegradable Options?

    Bio Supply provides two product options;


    Standard PE (Polyethylene Coated Paper) is a wax-coated paper that provides the sealing for hot and/or cold water paper cups. 


    Biodegradable PLA (Polylactic Acid) is a biodegradable bio-plastic coating used on paper cups to achieve successful sealing for both hot and/or cold water paper cups. 

  • What's your lead time?

    2-3 weeks once your artwork has been approved. Delivery time will depend on location.

  • Do you offer a rush service?

    Yes, we do. Simply let us know when placing your order.

  • Can you send samples?

    Samples can be organised and incur a standard $15 handling fee. Please email our team at info@biosupply.com.au

  • What if I can't find a product I'm after?

    Simply give us a call or email our team. We are always looking to expand our range and provide further value to our customers.
